Abstract

|
|
The purpose of this study was to identify and discuss what is wrong in the application process of supported employment program to Korean situation and what is a reform measure for it. First of all, including the background and process from which supported employment program emerged in United States, the spreading effect that it brings about in American society and people with disabilities and the history and process which it is introduced and applied to Korea were described. And the problems in the application process of supported employment program, which can be divided into the problem in legislation and system and the problem in personnel who is working for supported employment program and, at the same time, a reform measure were discussed.
